Registration BISMUN 2012 Conference


The application period for BISMUN 2012 Conference is open between the 15th of January and the 5th of March. The application period is divided into two phases:

  • Early Registration, 15th January – 15th February – Participation fees: 40 Euros (without accomodation), 80 Euros (with accomodation).

  • Late Registration, 16th February – 5th March – Participation fees: 50 Euros (without accomodation), 100 Euros (with accomodation).

To apply for a delegate position you need to fill out the application form which you can find downward in this section. The applications will be admitted on a rolling basis so you will be assigned a country and a Committee keeping in mind your specified preferences in your confirmation e-mail. As the applications are accepted on a rolling basis we encourage you to apply as early on as possible in order to maximize your chances to receive your desired country and Committee.

After you will receive our confirmation mail you have 14 days to pay the participation fee and send us a scanned copy of the receipt at hr2012@bismun.org.

The 40/50 Euro participation fee includes:
-        lunches mentioned in the official program.
-        coffee breaks mentioned in the official program.
-        all the conference materials.
-        access and transport to certain social events.

The 80/100 Euro participation fee includes:
-        accommodation for 5 nights (21/22, 22/23, 23/24, 24/25, 25/26 of March)
-        lunches mentioned in the official program.
-        coffee breaks mentioned in the official program.
-        all the conference materials.
-        access and transport to certain social events.

Note: All additional fees related to the bank transfer will be supported by the applicant; BISMUN Association is exempt from the payment of any additional fees.
Non-Refund Disclaimer: The BISMUN Association will not refund any fees that are paid by the accepted applicants.
Very important: Please, do not send us any money unless you have been accepted and received a country and committee!

* Delegates who apply for the Historical Committee may apply as individuals or as a team (consisting of two delegates). If you wish to apply as a team fill out only one application and divide the application into two using “/” (e.g. First name: Jane/ John; Gender: F/ M, etc.). If you apply as an individual delegate you will be assigned a teammate by the Organizing Staff.
