BISMUN JOBfest - Targ de job-uri A NEW PROJECT FOR BISMUN ASSOCIATION:


    After the success with the main project BISMUN Conference 2010, the members of BISMUN Association announce the organization of another large-scale project: 1st Late Summer Seminar on International Relations and International Law.
   This seminar brings to public attention the eternal problem of climate change. With the help of professors from University of Bucharest, but also with the support of the University of Bucharest, of Faculty of Law (University of Bucharest) and of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the project will present the concepts, tools and especially the procceses of negotiating climate change, its causes and possible solutions.
   Therefore, the project is expected to be large-scale, organized with the support of the press in Romania, some very important institutions, but also of NGOs that focus on climate, nature and sustainable development.

The registration period of the LSS-CC opens on the 26 July 2010 and closes on the 15 August 2010.
NB: No applications will be accepted before the registration period opens and after it closes, if it’s not stipulated otherwise by the ExCom.
Application Criteria:

  • You have to be a university student;
  • You have to speak and understand the English language;
  • You have to follow carefully the registration procedures showed below;

 

Registration Procedures:
For your application to be taken into consideration you have to send at lsscc@bismun.ro, during the formal registration period, the following:

  • An updated CV with photo;
  • A motivation letter of maximum 500 words, stating why you want to be a participant of LSS-CC and what benefits will it give you;

NB: If any of the above mentioned documents will not be sent, then the registration will not be considered valid.

Fees, Accomodation & Food
After being accepted you will receive an email stating how much you have to pay and the account details.
The fees for the LSS-CC are as follows:

  • 50 RON for Romanian students;
  • 30 Euros for Foreign students;

The fee includes the following:
For Romanian Students:

  • Lunches & Coffee Breaks during the seminar;
  • Seminar materials;
  • Access to certain activities from the Social Programme (only those which do not have a price stipulated)

NB: If Romanian students want accommodation, they will have to request it via email and will be charged an extra 30 RON.
            For Foreign Students:

  • Accommodation during LSS-CC;
  • Lunches & Coffee Breaks during LSS-CC;
  • LSS-CC necessary materials;
  • Access to certain activities from the Social Programme (only those which do not have a price stipulated)

NON-REFUND DISCLAIMER: If a participant decides to drop out, after paying the participation fee, due to any possible reasons, the BISMUN Association will apply its non-refund policy, thus it will not return any fees.

The participant of LSS-CC will be accommodated at Mihail Kogalniceanu Student’s Dormitories of the University of Bucharest, and will have lunches at the Mihail Kogalniceanu Student’s Canteen of the University of Bucharest.

NB: The accommodation venue is subject to change until the 25 August 2010.
